Law of the Realm

Solaria Rules

Here's how we keep Solaria fun for everyone. Give these a read, play fair, and you'll be set.

Discord Rules

These cover our Discord, and they carry over into the server too.

  • Be kind. Treat people with respect. No harassment, hate speech, bullying, or piling on individual players.
  • Keep it appropriate. No NSFW, gore, or heavy topics. Keep the vibe chill.
  • No drama. Skip the arguments, callouts, and rumours. If you've got an issue with someone, open a ticket and let us deal with it.
  • Listen to staff. We're just here to keep things fair. If you think we got it wrong, tell us in a ticket and we'll talk it through.
  • No spam or ads. Don't flood chat, and don't advertise other servers or drop random links without asking first.
  • Stay on topic. Use the channel that fits what you're posting so things don't get messy.
  • Respect privacy. Don't share anyone's personal info, including your own, unless they've clearly said it's fine.
  • Stick to English in public. It's the only way staff can moderate fairly. Feel free to chat in any language in DMs.
  • Use common sense. If you're wondering whether something's allowed, it's probably not.
  • Don't ping staff. If you need a hand, open a ticket. Pings get ignored, tickets get answered.
  • Have fun. That's kind of the whole point. Be welcoming and help make this a nice place to hang out.

Minecraft Rules

Everything from the Discord rules applies in-game too. On top of that, the world's split into two kinds of areas, and knowing which is which matters.

Green Zones (Safe Areas)

Spawn, player towns, and the area around any settlement.

PvP is off here. No griefing, no stealing, no being a nuisance.

Red Zones (Wilderness)

Pretty much everywhere else. If it's not a town, it's wild.

PvP is on. Fight, contest rituals, compete for stuff. Just keep it in-game.

  • Play fair. No x-ray, hacks, exploits, duping, or anything that gives you an edge you shouldn't have.
  • No griefing. Don't break or steal from other people's builds, especially in green zones. If someone goes after your stuff outside those areas in a way that feels way over the top, let us know.
  • Rituals can be contested. They're risky on purpose. If someone shows up to fight you for one in a red zone, that's part of the deal. Keep it in-game and don't carry it into Discord.
  • No ban evading. Hopping on alts to get around a punishment just makes it worse for you.
  • Keep builds and usernames clean. No offensive or inappropriate builds, skins, banners, or names.
  • No serious stuff. Doxxing, threats, or anything that crosses into real-world harm is an instant problem. Don't go there.

Ritual Rules

Starting a ritual is a roll of the dice. There's always a chance someone shows up to try and stop you, and that's the point. The staves are high risk, high reward, and being contested is part of that.

If someone does interfere, that's allowed. Just keep it in-game and don't turn it into a personal thing. Don't use it as a reason to target someone or be toxic in chat afterwards.

Don't park rituals inside land claims or right next to your base to dodge the risk. They're supposed to happen out in the world. Be tactical about it. Pick your spot, pick your timing, and plan for the worst.

That said, if you do it the right way and someone goes out of their way to grief stuff that has nothing to do with the ritual, report it in our Discord and we'll deal with it.

Just keep it fair on both sides.

The End Dimension

The End is a PvP zone. If you go in, expect that someone might fight you. Bring gear, bring backup, and don't be surprised.

Trapping the end portal is not allowed. Walling it off, sealing the exit, or setting things up so other players can't actually get past it counts as trapping. It doesn't matter if you're the one swinging the sword or not. If your setup stops people from playing, it's not okay.

A few common examples of stuff that crosses the line:

  • TNT minecarts rigged to blow up the moment someone steps through.
  • Lava, water, or piston traps stacked right where players come out.
  • Mob grinders or spawner traps aimed at the arrival point.
  • Any block setup built to stop players from getting away from the portal.

PvP itself is totally fair once people are in and can actually fight back. The problem is killing them before they get the chance.

Not sure if something counts? Just ask. Open a ticket or hop in Discord and we'll let you know.
